Why the Tower Casino Becamed Everyone's Worst Nightmare

I can’t believed everyone in Tower Unite are exchanging their souls to the Devil himself, just to keep gambling at the Tower Casino.

It was, without a doubt, every Tower Unite player’s worst nightmare. I rarely played in the Tower Casino to play something else like the Game Worlds, Laser Tag, etc, just to earn a lot of milestone items.

The main reason why a lot of players had lost their souls to play at the casino is because it becamed the most controversial and the most popular activities in Tower Unite.

Which, with Cuphead and Mugman as my friendly allies, especially with the Elder Kettle and Jiminy Cricket from the 1940s Disney’s Pinocchio as my official conscience, if you do something bad in your life, you may turned into a donkey for the rest of your lives.

The main rules for players who played constantly in the casino in Tower Unite is to stop gambling and play other plaza activities (like the Game Worlds) with their online friends. If they continues gambling at the Casino.

Whoever these people are, they’ve been gambling at the Casino in Tower Unite, nearly every hour of every day, for the past year and a half. We are dealing with everyone here, who has absolutely no lives. Unfortunately for me (as a respected user (for a long time)), I have no power and control to stop players from gambling at the Casino.

People will sacrifice all their social lives to make a deal with a devil by signing a contract to exchange their soul for the encouragement of keep gambling at the Tower Casino. They acknowledge, with no refunds or returns.

Personally, I waited for my friend(s) who wishlisted to play this game on Steam without me because I will never care to play at the casino with a lot of people on the same server because they’ve been the most pathetic human waste in reality.

It’s really hard for players to stop gambling at the casino and start playing in other plaza activities. It’s a real shame to see a lot of players spending their lives playing on the most populated location in Tower Unite, rather than just playing with something else.

For the Ultimate Poll Question is… How Bad is the Tower Casino?

  • Yes, people in Tower Unite should play with something else.
  • No, Tower Casino is awesome!

My advice? Make friends outside of the casino. Just ignore the drones who never want nor care to experience the other 99% of the content the game has to offer, it’s their loss and their fault for missing out on all the incredible things in favor of pressing the spacebar for 8 hours.

Spend time around folks who have better things to do, friends to meet, and memories to make.

I simply spent my time before going to work tomorrow, playing the Nostalgia minigolf map alone just to earn both Complete and Mastered achievements.

My big sister has wishlisted this game before she can play with me in the future.

Here’s some food for thought Pluck.

Better let gamblers waste fake money then throw their real savings away from actual casino as they say, “the house always wins”

Gamblers are another type of players like Condo Builders. Different style of taste.
Like a Spyro fan to a Crash fan ya know?

Plus, Casino has been a thing since GMT days from what I remember.

I get it, it feels empty because the type players who are common are said gamblers.

And, Nothing wrong with that.
I agree with Sonder here:

Don’t let Casino get to ya, there’s always someone else. You gotta find them and bond.

Late to reply to this, but I’ve seen this kind of discussion pop up over the years and the advice I have is always the same: play what you want to play and don’t give a care about what other people play. I think some of the casino games are fun, but I wouldn’t spend all day on slots. I mean, hey, I made my millions from Horse Racing instead of slots and I pop in to play some Blackjack from time to time with others.

At the same time I don’t care if there’s 20 people on slot machines because that means there are 20 people in one area socializing in a social game. If that’s what they want to do with their time, then let them. It doesn’t hurt you or effect you. The lack of players readying up for other Plaza minigames is an issue, but I don’t think that’s solely on Casino. We can argue the same thing for every gamemode or activity - too many people in Arcade, too many people just in their Condo (guilty as charged), too many people just sitting the Plaza. If we punish Casino players and tell them, “you can’t play in the Casino for 5 minutes,” then they’ll probably just AFK because they want to play Casino. Limiting someone’s options in how they play a game is, in my opinion, even more unhealthy for the game than half of a server being in the Casino (which I haven’t seen but I’m being hyperbolic.)

My advice? Play with people who aren’t in the Casino and do things you want to do. You make your own fun and being upset at other people’s idea of fun isn’t worth the energy.

Honestly I agree with the “do whatever you want” mentality, because everyone always will, but the reason so many people go to the casino so often is because it allows you to earn units more than the gamemodes do.

Honestly, the rush to it (for me, and while I don’t pretend to speak for anyone else, I have to imagine I’m not alone here) isn’t even “I"m rich lol” its because a lot of people want a decent amount to buy everything to decorate with, because you can’t try to decorate things without first buying at least one of them, which means you need units. A lot of units.

If the gameworlds paid out more than the casino, people would likely nolife grind those instead, for the same reason. But so long as casino is the biggest payout on average, that’s the winner to everyone who is in it for that exact reason.

Like, again, personally (but I presume I’m not alone) its’ not even a “gambling” thing, its just the thing to do that makes more units more often, which means smaller grinding time, longer building time.

This is it exactly and something I’ve been trying to argue for, albeit I’m not very good at it. We’re not all gambling addicts, for most the casino is just for fun, like any other game. I want to respect the casino while also getting larger payouts from everything else, make my time worthwhile.

Another key to this puzzle is how hosting currently works, when the host leaves you’re not guaranteed to get everyone back, if anyone at all.
I feel this could be solved by letting players choose to throw their hat in the ring to host the session when the current host leaves, transferring the current lobby to the new host.
