From the stream it sounded like there is not going to be a condo layout editor? is this true?
Not by Early Access, and probably not by release. The code needed for this expansion would be such a undertaking, it would take efforts away from building other parts of the game. The team has expressed this is still something they’d like to happen eventually, so it might be its own update after main release. But by Early Access, no, there won’t be the Condo Layout Editor.
Personally, I like the condo layout as it is.
