The Virus radar milestone should display red dots for players that has PvP enabled in the plaza. Similar to how it reveals survivors and infected in Virus.
It would be on by default and maybe a right-click toggle to disable the red dots and show all players as white dots (PvP or not). It could even disable the red dots automatically in weapon disabled areas such as Casino and Arcade because you can’t be harmed there.
