I’ve got an idea for the theatre. VIP rooms. VIP would cost $500 for a single person viewing, but, if it’s for a party, it would be $1,000.

The condo is already a private theatre, and it only costs as much as the TV you’re viewing on. In my opinion, there would need to be something special about the VIP theatre rooms if they were to be created.
