[Version 0.17.11.0] Stuck underwater From Billiards

Steps to Reproduce

Happens Randomly During when you start a billiards game.

What I expected to happen

The normal behavior.

What happened

As soon as I started a Billiards Game I got thrown under the map, stuck in place.

Proof of The Underwater Billiards Stuck Bug.

Note: Leaving Billiards, Sometimes Fixes this, yet I don’t think that should happen.

I can confirm- i experienced this bug other day playing with a friend getting the pool achievements and it was pretty frustrating. I couldn’t figure out what caused it either; it seems random too but i do hope it gets fixed
