For those unaware, the current gem item is animated to do a 180 spin before returning to its original angle.
This is due to an animation shortcut you can’t really tell from just looking, you can find this out by standing on top of the gem.
This a request for creativity reasons, as the shortcut prevents the gem to be used in creative ways such as player platforming and physical item applications.
With the change players can use this nice looking item for other creative purposes than to just look pretty!
