Hello, I’ve been playing Tower Unite for around 3 years and up until recently (somewhere around update 0.8.9.0) there were no host fps caps. For server hosting reasons, I understand why you had to add an fps cap for hosts. However, I find it frustrating when I try to speedrun ball race in singleplayer mode. Since you have less frames to work with, it’s harder to hit precise skips/make micro adjustments. It would be a nice quality of life change for speed-runners if the frame rate is just uncapped for singleplayer only.
One of the plans internally is to make it so that if a server is single player, it won’t have the FPS cap. I don’t know when this will be added, but it’s on the cards.
