last time i played this game was in 2017s halloween, i was never issued bans or warnings so i know im in good standing, but i am unable to type in global or local with all settings on
Settings > Content > Display Chat
is it on?
It is, I can see the chat but when I go to type my message is not sent
it may be part of a common issue sometimes they wont send
then you will try and send a message and either it will send your last message
or all the messages at once you tried to send
probably not it, but it may be it not sure
