I got myself in a pickle while fixing the Scalability.ini from %LocalAppData%\Local\Tower\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor\

Texture VRAM Usage Problem (No Factory Reset?)

Try deleting that stuff from the file–or the file itself. It should grab the defaults from DefaultScalability.ini in the games pak, which I believe would put those at: 1024 for Low (TextureQuality@0) 2048 for Medium (TextureQuality@1) 4096 for High (TextureQuality@2) 8192 for Very High (TextureQuality@3) That being said, I don’t know why yours would be doing 700 if that’s like- not one of the options listed.
