Other than the Pirate Gun, I feel like TU is missing a Fishing themed weapon or two. These are:-
- A fish as a melee weapon
A fish as a melee weapon is often used for comedic effect in a lot of other media (TV Tropes: Shamu Fu). I think most TU players will be familiar with the Holy Mackerel in TF2 as one such example.
- The Salmon Cannon (Projectile weapon)
How many of you have seen or heard about the chute that propels Salmon up and over a Hydroelectric Dam so that they can reach their spawning grounds? The clip is often edited to depict a fish being fired from artillery and subsequently hitting various people (eg. newcasters) in the face, which has become a meme in its own right.
