Turn off vomit decals by default settings

I just think of it as the problem of
Should the setting be turned off for the first time to avoid upsetting some people
Or should it stay on to avoid people never knowing it was a setting in the first place

I’m in favour of it being on automaticity for the first time, if people who don’t like it encounter it, much like blocking a player model you don’t want to see, you can just go into the settings and turn it off since it’s better to know the setting is there and turn it off if you don’t want it, than to have a setting there lots of people will never know about
