Tower unite transfer issue

EDIT - Problem resolved

When i first logged in I attempted the transfer just because I was initally prompted to do so. I got the message
“You are not eligible for transfer, please earn atleast 1 unit in Tower Unite”

So i went in, played some minigolf and went out back to the profile. Only to find this
“You are not eligibile for Unit transfer. Reason: You have already transferred to Tower Unite”

I have not recieved the units and im unable to proceed due to it thinking I have already transferred.
Sorry for the trouble, wasn’t sure what to do.

So, this just happened.. (TU Transfer)

"You are not eligible for transfer, please earn atleast 1 unit in Tower Unite" …so that’s what I did. I then tried to transfer again and the thing told me: "You are not eligible for transfer because you have already transfered" sigh

GMT to UNITS transfer failed

I tried to transfer my GMTs to UNITs but I had 0 units, so the condition was to have at least 1 unit, I played 1 game, went back on the website “gmtower.org” and the transfer button has been replaced by "You are not eligibile for Unit transfer. Failed to transfer GMT?

“You are not eligible for transfer, please earn atleast 1 unit in Tower Unite” So i went and earned 1 credit and left and then went to go transfer and i got… “You are not eligible for transfer because you have already transferred” I really dont wanna have to start from 0… @SamM @macdguy

Another transfer failure

Transfer did not work

I tried to do the transfer and it said it was successful, but I went in game and I still have the same amound as before. I am unable to try to transfer again because you can only do it one time.

Help with GMT Transfer

I went and transfered my account to tower unite, but i didn’t know i had to get 1 unit in order for the transfer to succeed and now when I try to do it again, it wouldn’t let be because it already happened. Can you please help me! I don’t want to have to do it all again.
