[Tower Unite Private Alpha] missing microsoft visual c++ 2013 runtime

I start up the game and then I get a popup saying
Error
The following component(s) are required to run this program:
Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime 2013

This will probably be added as an automatic install at a later date. Meanwhile, you can get what you need here.

Thanks for your report! This has been forwarded straight to our Trello board. You can track its status there (it takes a couple minutes to show up on Trello).

It now automatically downloads when you start up the game, but you have to restart steam for this to happen.

You need to actually install visual studio community 2015! Fixed mine right up!
