I had something that came in my mind and maybe missing when I was peacefully building my current condo project (an IO clocktower, yes).
Currently, it seems that all clocks uses everyone’s computer time. So it’s different for everyone which is kind of an issue when you try to have a set amount of sounds to play. Best exemple I can provide is from today’s patch:
Condo host (me) computer’s time is 9:00AM
Player1 join and tells me it’s 5:00PM from his time and sees that same time on all clocks in the condo
Condo host have IO sounds set to match 9:00AM hour and will strike 9 times
Player1 says my clocktower is broken as it stroke 9 times instead of 5
Then I have this idea which I tried to picture:

That way, everyone could see the same time, including host on all clocks, and IO systems would be much more consistent when you have to a set amount of sounds to play every hour.
For this I thought we could also need this for even more accurate results:
