Throwing Knives & Cleavers actually harm people

It’d be pretty neat if you could throw knives/ cleavers into players and it produces a blood effect with sound.

I’m not a sadist, or a psychopath.

I should probably state however that this may be a concern if implemented because it could annoy players.

I assume that you don’t intend for them to actually be able to kill people, but a little blood effect with a meaty smack is probably fine. After all, if people aren’t complaining about confetti gun spamming than this kind of stuff probably isn’t a problem.
