This is because the winter plaza was made before the secret tunnel was added to the plaza. It wasn’t intentionally removed, just not added.

i thought mac did not like the concept of it
I’m pretty sure it’s going to be removed for Lobby 3, but in this particular case it’s just a matter of this being based on an earlier lobby version.
