While I would like to see these eventually, it may be seen as a little insensitive to be implemented just this second. Also a bunch of people would probably make some obnoxious jokes with them.

pretty sure quite some games with customisation have them n people’d be fine with them
Honestly, I agree with EvKem. These probably would be seen as insensitive by someone. Personally, I am fine with em and it is a good idea but there are those kinds of people.
