Strange occurrence that’s happened to me twice both pre 0.7.0.x and post. I’ll subscribe to some player models on the Steam Workshop via my browser or via the Steam browser. Earlier today, I went through every single page of player models on there and subscribed to at least 20 player models on the Workshop. I’ve just now logged into the game, clicked onto the Workshop model picker, clicked “Subscribed” and seen that it’s only shown the previous two models it knew I was subscribed to. Instead of refreshing the list and showing up all of the new models I subscribed to, it’s reaffirmed to Steam that those are the only two models I’m subscribed to; going onto the Workshop Subscribed Items page confirms this.
Not sure if any one else has this issue and it feels as if it’s a random occurrence so I can’t say for sure if this is fixable or not. But it’s definitely happened twice now.
