I noticed how the items appear in your inventory. But all of them say Non-tradeable and Non-marketable. Is trading and Steam Market planned?

The plan is that no items will be marketable, but items not found in stores (for example, items earned in fishing and cooking) will be tradeable. It is possible this plan may change. Also, moved to questions since this is a question.
