I spun the wheel many times and got the prize each time until I won the Ice Moon Condo. At that point I could not play any other games. The message that was read when I tried to play another game read as follows. “You are already playing another game.” At this point I tried to reset my character by pressing k. Nothing happened when I did so. I would normally expect to get the item right after the spin took place.
