Spin the wheel until it lands on Ice Moon Condo.
The wheel lands on the condo reward and credits me for it.
The wheel landed on the condo and didn’t pay out the reward. It still thinks I’m playing the wheel and won’t let me leave the casino or play other games.
Steam had downtime around that time, which is why the item wasn’t being granted.
If you can, please post your Steam community page and I’ll be happy to grant you the item.
