I know Mother 3, earthbound, the assets, etc are mostly copyright, but I loved how this game played.

Would it be possible if somehow, UCH could return inside of Tower Unite, in some “Nintendo can’t sue us” sort of way? Because it really was one of my favorite games. I understand if it can’t return though

It is returning, just with a different name. It will now be called “Little Crusaders”.
