Right now, some condos such as Art Studio, do not have any functionality with the sky volume due to lacking a Ultra_Dynamic_Sky metadata object. This is not ideal, because it makes it impossible to have other effects tied to the volume such as fog.
Art Studio is designed to be a simple condo without any of the dynamic sky features or sky lights.
