Short invulnerability period during/after round start

On maps like Meadows where players spawn close to each other, it’s possible to line up a headshot during the round countdown and then fire to get a kill as soon as the round starts. This doesn’t really seem fair, so having a 0.5-1 second invulnerability period after the round starts would probably be a good idea.

You can actually shoot players before the round starts, but I’m pretty sure that’s a bug.

I think maybe weapons should be disabled altogether at the start? Cause you can also use certain weapons like the telepuncher to move before you’re supposed to be able to, and that might cause issues for certain gamemodes like oddball
