Would be cool, example a graveyard sought of theme for Halloween or a Halloween decorated neighbourhood as a community condo would be pretty neat, things like igloos and log cabins could be for Christmas.

Eh, I’d say there’s more than enough items to make any one of the already available condos “Seasonal”.

I’m not completely against the idea, but it seems like it would be pointless to develop something that could potentially restrict creativity when you already have a store dedicated to seasonal items.

I’d be ok with a log cabin, since it’s not particularly seasonal (and I just fucking love log cabins) but, as has been pointed out, something like a graveyard would be far too restrictive.
