I want to throw chainsaws at people but I can’t. Please fix?

Wouldn’t that be instant death?

The only way I think it could work is where you would have to fill up a meter. The meter goes higher for every player you kill. If the meter is full you can throw the chainsaw and the meter resets and you get a new chainsaw.
