it’s like some random casinos in real life. after the betting is closed, a selected set of areas are given bonus odds if you hit. this is to slightly increase the overall odds on top of American Roulette.
so for example, place a bet on 5, the roulette starts to spin, it gets a bonus odds that you get 100-to-1 rather than the 35-to-1. the video above shows how my suggestion works.
