There should be an option to remove chips from bets in roulette. For example, when you accidentally click split instead of straight-up you can fix it without clearing all bets. It is frustrating when you have to quickly replace all your bets when one gets misclicked.
I think the most intuitive way to implement it would be to right click placed chips on the table to take them off.
