Put a Pinned Thread with common solutions into the Support Section

As I’ve just seen, my old suggestion

was accepted. I’d like to remind you of the posts second half about a Pinned Thread that contains stuff like:

  • Have you searched the forums to see if someone had this problem before?
  • Have you tried restarting Steam?
  • Have you tried restarting your PC?
  • Did your game work before, does it meet the System Requirements?
  • Did you let Steam verify the game data integrity?
  • Were all Steam Services up at the time of your problem?
  • Do you administrate your own network or can you otherwise confirm that your connectivity is not affected by something like a firewall or blocked ports?
  • Are your graphics drivers up to date?

People will still have to be reminded to check these kinds of things but a regularly updated “Try this before posting” on top might reduce it.
