Movies can be watched through YouTube in the Cinema or on a TV. (More platforms coming later)
Games…? If you mean minigames, there is Virus, Ball Race, Minigolf, and Planet Panic implemented already. If you mean Arcade Games, the arcade has not been added yet.

Posters have been replaced by canvases due to copyright, but honestly I think the canvases are way cooler.
They’ve been replaced by canvases, which can have any image put onto them. They will be able to be changed into a poster style in the future, rather than just being a canvas.

Movies are the same as they’ve ever been.
Chess and checkers and things of that ilk will be implemented in later versions of the game. As well as a full arcade and a large assortment of minigames.
Posters as @CarbonCopyCat stated have been replaced by canvases which are arguably much better.
