Upon joining a condo, guests should have a welcome message dialogue popup on their screen, and the condo admin can customise the message and add things such as rules or an introduction, instead of having to write this stuff down in a notebook.
I think this, paired with a loading bar and some information on workshop items that are pending download would be great.
