Apart from the question if you need language control because 4chan seems to be playing the game, I don’t think this is a Bug (Lack of something doesn’t necessarily mean it’s broken) and should probably be moved to Suggestions.
Moved to suggestions, this isn’t a bug.
Also, server titles being filtered or censored has been extensively talked about in this thread,
