If you’re in the Casino and open the Tab Menu, it should show everyone’s Casino badges. If you’re in the arcade, it should show their arcade badges. Same should go for all plaza activities (Trivia, Bowling, Laser Tag, Typing Derby, Theater, Minigames)
You can see all the badges from a person (or you) already from any place if you click on the Plaza’s badge on the tab menu.
