Does exactly what it says on the tin.
Allow movement volumes to apply to the entire condo.
Could just be turned into Condo Rules instead. Would be simpler I think.
Personally I think they should sort out the conflicts that exist between Location and Player Movement volumes first as they both have a setting that allows or disallows jumping
