Player model skinning issue

When ever I try to import a player model, some part of the model gets stuck to the center floor under the model instead of attaching to the bone. This seems to happen usually at the pinky finger or ankles. See image for example of this issue. I do not have this issue when view in blender and try diff poses in blender. The issue only happens when import the .dae into Tower Unite.

Unweighted parts of a model stretch to the world origin (0, 0, 0).
Check it’s left foot inside Blender in weight paint mode to see if that area is fully painted.

It’s possible to see the unweighted parts in Blender if you move it far enough. It’s more subtle but the difference becomes more noticeable the farther you move.
