The latest update is incredible. I love it and have been wanting this for a long time. My only suggestion is adding Pin Mame to this update as well. I would love to have my favorite pinball tables alongside my favorite cabinets in my new game room. I hope this is something that can be added. Thank you for the effort the team put into this to make it possible!!
I have suggested a couple of times previously to use the VPX format to be able to import custom pinball tables whenever Pinball gets developed for the Arcade.

PinMAME only emulates the internal electronic logic and media of pinball tables. It works more like a plugin for actual pinball simulation programs, like Visual Pinball X.
Visual Pinball X (GitHub - vpinball/vpinball: Visual Pinball) provides the .vpx file format which encapsulates pinball table grahpics and logic (albeit some table reconstructions require VPinMame additionaly) and could be used by Tower Unite to import custom pinball tables.

We’d need these to have a Libretro core to integrate it into Tower. I did look for pinball cores and they don’t seem to exist.

Man thats not good. Well hopefully somthing gets worked out. The coin ops are pretty cool and ive been having fun with em. Feels wierd having an arcade with no pinball tables.
