Current spin speed ranges are way too fast for normal decorative use, and have potential to be significantly abused to trigger photosensitive epilepsy if scaled up to large sizes.
Example situation, where spawning in to a condo can lead to immediate flashing lights (photosensitive epilepsy warning, obviously):
Other potential triggers, like animated canvases, can be disabled, making this not an issue, but this can’t, so it’s a bit of an issue.
Setting to the max speed to ~3 or so would still allow it to spin fast enough for decorative purposes, but would somewhat mitigate the flashing light hazard.
