adds an option to pause the ready timer so that the host (and/or other players) can finish downloading workshop items within a game world workshop map.
the reason for this suggestion: my internet & external hard drive mostly takes a while to download/install workshop items but most of the time, either the game itself and/or other players are impatient and starts the level before my download is done.
