But the HOST dj’s. There’d be no other way. If the host isn’t djing, then there’d be no point in him having the party. There’s no other benefits. And I want to DJ. ;-;
Discount booze, an anouncement means there will be more people there, laughing at drunk people, gift bags, request list for DJ, you can ask the host to dj, the list goes on, also, if you have any ideas i’d love to hear them 
Normally with a party, the host pays for the booze anyway. An announcement is cool, yes. I laugh at drunks anyway 
gift bags are a good idea, but it would be chaotic, everyone would want one, I get the feeling they wouldn’t be used that often. request list and asking, eh. I have a feeling the main point would be so you could put on songs you like anyway, but it would still be a good feature.
I don’t want to beat down the idea or be negative, they’re just my truthful thoughts. I get the impression the nightclub would never be free with no party. ;-;

A lot of people don’t seem to like the idea of buying out public places, but in my eyes that’s the best part. The nightclub and beach/boardwalk are some of the most beautifully designed parts of the map, and hardly anyone is ever there most of the time. Having parties in those places could change that and give people a reason to go to them more often.

[/quote]Yes, while it provides some benefits, it does cause some issues. Fact is, at the price it’s at, it will never be free. Raise the price, and people will just grind to get it. I really don’t think it’s a good idea, as I want to be able to use a nightclub while it’s not being hosted. I like all the other ideas, just not that one.
Bust why do you care? If it’s being hosted for a party ANYONE CAN JOIN the drinks are cheaper and everything is better!
I like the idea, but I think that, rather than having the prices/perks increase and getting further perks in addition to lower ones, the player should have these as options that effect the price based on what they want and what they don’t want. For example, lets say I want the fireworks and magician but I don’t really care for any of the other effects. I feel like I should be able to toggle just those two effects and have the price change based on those two alone, rather than being required to have gravity altered and laser lights.
TL;DR I like the ideas you have, but I think that they should be toggled based on what you want rather than incrementally gaining effects.
10000 units would be a lot to spend on a temporary thing. They have already stated somewhere that units will be worth more than gmc [citation needed].

There isnt really a way of seeing age. Most kids lie about it anyways.
I’m saying that having adult content like having boozer isn’t really inappropriate if you are are target for certain demographic group.
if they do add adult content make sure only adult member could only use it.
in GMT they already have booze and there isn’t an age restriction
We are most likely not going to seek a ESRB rating.
I like where these ideas are going and I can see some potential of them with some adjustments.

Because I want to be able to use the nightclub as a nightclub, not a 24/7 ongoing party zone.

I dont think renting out pulse nightclub. Because imagine a really rich guy on Tower Unite who plays it for 99999999 hours and he has 99999999 GMC (Or whatever the currency is) then Pulse Night Club will never be available to the public ever.
I like the rest tho.
Yeah my exact problem with it. Everything else would be cool, just not that.
Maybe instead of renting out the Night Club for x amount of minutes, you could buy song slots. Perhaps 1 song slot per 1000 units (or the equivalent of 1000 GMC) and a party mode for 10K (also the equivalent of 10K GMC). But the catch should be that you can only get song slots IF you have the party mode. You should also only have a party mode once a day per-person. Party modes should also have a cool-down of at least one hour, so the Night Club can have it’s free-time.
Edit: Another thing - the party mode shouldn’t happen right away, I don’t think. All the songs currently in the que should play before the party mode happens.
I don’t really like anything with taking some form of control over a public area. Perhaps if the perk created a new, private Nightclub within/accessible from your condo, though…
