Option for a specific I/O interaction to be local/global

I feel that an additional toggle option when editing condo i/o items that determines whether the item’s connection(s) should be local or global would be a great addition for condos that have exploration aspects.

A simple example would be that you have a keypad that hides/unhides a wall/teleporter/etc. only for the player that puts in the correct code.

Bumping this because this needed to be added as soon as possible!

Having local/global video players, effects, images, and io events would make so many more things possible in condos.

Please add this!!
