When at someone else’s condo, I think you should be able to right click (when holding Q) to open the menu and be able to open the Workshop page for the item or NPC model.
Since you can’t do this, I’ve seen people have inappropriate NPCs or items that since no one but the host or condo admins can see the link, you can’t report them.
