Only Load Items In Room Option

Pretty self explanitory I think. In condos, I think there should be an option to only load stuff in the room the person is in. If they exit that room, that stuff in that room will disappear for the player and the game will load the items in their new location. I think this might help a lot with condos that have tons of items in different rooms.

Edit: I think it would also fix some lag problems if this was implemented in the lobby.

Pretty sure the Lobby already does this.

The lobby does indeed already do this by using level streaming. Using it for condos would be more difficult considering the customization possible, which can lead to confusion when rendering objects.
