Will Early Access content transfer over to the full game?
Yes, an update post a while back mentioned that everyone’s progress was wiped, and that all future progress is official.
That said, we backers have a head start in raking in the moolah.
GMTower currency and items converted over will be added to anything earned during this time.

Altering height and weight,

Wearing tons of different accessories like hats, glasses, necklaces, wrist bands, watches, rings, backpacks, belt items, particles” Some of those are already added.
The first post for this was 1 year ago, and none of that was in the game back then.

will the random item merchant return? or is he forever lost in lobby 1&2?
If you’re talking about the wandering merchant, he’s been replaced by a new store: The Stray.
