Smart Investor unlocked after I only bought 100 beers (5000 units instead of 10000).
Hmm, I ended up buying all 200, however did it in three batches. Bought 10 to check the counter, then 90. Next I bought the last 100 and it popped. With what you said, I don’t know if it popped because of buying 100 or fulfilling the 10k Unit mark?
I hadn’t spent 10,000 units however. I could only buy a 100 at a time and after the first 100 (5000 units) the achievement unlocked.
The visit 20 and 50 condos are broken for me. The “Coaster Addict” ride coaster 10 times is also not working for me. Had a friend be able to get the coaster one but mine is stuck.
For this one, I just sat on the ride until it popped. No idea how many revolutions it actually took. The first achievement took 2 rides.
Trivia Show Off, Get Together, and Movie Night still don’t work for me. Backend was marked as connected and everything.
These 4 achievements still don’t work for me after the patch:
It’s a Party!
Play in Plaza with 4 or more friends at once for more than 15 minutes.
Get Together
Watch Theater with 2 or more friends for more than 30 minutes.
Movie Night
Watch Theater with 4 or more friends for more than 10 minutes.
Trivia Show Off
Play with a full game and win 1st place.
This one still doesn’t seem to unlock:
Kingpin
Win a game of Bowling while playing with 3 others players.
This other achievement for bowling doesn’t seem to go up:
Bowling Pro
Win 15 matches of Bowling in total.
I believe the ones needing friends don’t function properly due to a weird issue with friend detection. I’ll continue to look into it.

Can confirm that “Ribs Can Grow Back You Know” doesn’t seem to capture health points for the achievement properly.

Long Putt (Sink a putt from 1,000m away) is still given even when you stroke out on 15.

“Ribs Can Grow Back You Know” still does not count for the amount of health gained from the player itself, but instead other people. I am not entirely sure what the intent is for the progression of this achievement.
Every Ball Race achievement that requires doing a map with 0 deaths is broken.
It unlocks fine, but if you join on the last level of a Ball Race, it will give you the achievement for completing it without dying (because you never spawned in the first place). This can obviously be abused to get 200k units easily.
“Bowling pro” is not working, when I win a bowling game the achievement bar doesn’t update.
I had a friend get the criteria for Trivia Show Off and it triggered the Ball Race Show Off achievement for him instead.
Oh, and i’m pretty sure Rambo is also broken.
EDIT: Forgot about Big Bucks and whatever the 10k slot machine achievement is called. Neither of the counters go up for that.

Pretty sure Socialite is still broken. My friend tried to get it tonight but it just wouldn’t pop for him. He was connected to the backend and he definitely did talk to everyone (including even Franky and the condo ladies, just in case).
Maybe it’s because they made a new NPC for the fishing store in 0.7.0.4?
Nah the fishing store NPC is not included.
I’m at 500/500 on The Doctor Is In, but it hasn’t popped yet. Also, I’m sure you guys are already well aware of these but Casino Addict and Laser Tag Master aren’t working.
