I’m glad this map is getting an art pass, it’s fun but kinda needed it.

Perhaps some suggestions for final polish?

  • Hole 3 could do with one or two static marbles laced around the exit of the marble tunnel, for aesthetic variety sake and obstacles.
  • Hole 5 the RC car could do with some wheel animations, sound effects, and being sped up a little. It’s far too easy to land the hole in one here.
  • Hole 8, perhaps the ring of flames could swing. And timing the ball to go through the ring gives the ball a boost of speed enough to be closer to the hole, but not enough to get a hole in one.
  • Hole 11, the sunken areas could do with having different or dark colouring to signify their depth a little better.
  • Hole 12, Mac’s cat and paw obstacle could be redesigned to be inside a window popup, in which you shoot through.
  • Hole 13 has the potential to have a float rotating shape near the rocky path down that represents the angle the wall around the hole is rotating.
  • Hole 14’s CD obstacle could do with with some serious animation smoothing. Additionally the shortcut hole that leads to the flag pole could do with some visual to show it’s there.
  • Hole 17 could do with some sort of ‘timing’ obstacle, rather than a pretty ramp you launch up.
  • Hole 18, while the original sfx are possibly copyrighted. It should absolutely use similar sound effects that Space Cadet Pinball used. Needs more obstacles and possibly a guaranteed hole in one for being pinballed to a certain area.
  • Franky Statue has some strange red dents that look like blood.
  • Vaporwave area could do with more slow subtle animations;
    windows popups should open and close infrequently.
    the random geometry shapes should float subtly.
    the wavey sliced blue drapes should float like a wave slowly.
  • The Neon palm trees could do with having their black parts of their wireframe removed or made transparent. And their colour bright and different to the course. The filled out black wireframe should be reserved for important parts of the course for consistency sake.
  • The Neon sun should be subtly animated, like so;
