I know this has been in works for a while but I would still like to know - With this, could we finally be able to better use models that have differently placed limbs than default skeleton, ones that have them in different proportions, etc? I would also love to see this enable the use of models that walk like animals or other creatures going on all fours like cats, dogs, dragons, etc. but this might be a bit too much to ask for in terms of flexibility of this new rig.
