The Grav Glove’s primary fire (short-range laser beam) is kind of lame. I understand why it exists since if you’re not near any physics props the weapon’s pretty much useless (entirely useless in Grav Glove mode) but it just 1. feels pretty unsatisfying to use, dealing only 5 damage and 2. isn’t even a gravity-related attack.
I think it’d be a lot more interesting if, instead of the current laser beam, holding primary fire for a couple seconds spawned a low-damage physics prop (like a beach ball that deals 30 damage or something) that despawns shortly after you throw it.
The proposed new primary fire would still be less effective than grabbing props within the maps, but it’d allow you to always utilize the main gimmick of the weapon, even if you’re in Meadows and everyone’s destroyed all the crates already. Also the Grav Glove gametype would probably be much more fun to play.
