Need help with the waist and legs on a playermodel

I’m having a bit of trouble properly weight painting the thighs and the waist so they look a bit more natural instead of horribly stretched. Can I get some opinions and advice on how I could go about fixing this playermodel’s thighs and waist region? Any help would be greatly appreciated! And if anyone is curious on the model itself, it’s an android GLaDOS model I whipped up together.

There were a few times in the past I happened to get lucky and Blender set perfect weights for the waist and legs, but this has mainly been an issue I’ve been trying to figuring out how to get right for a good year or so now. :sweat_smile:

If anyone is wanting the actual blender file of the model to see it up close and wanting to help, I’d be more than willing to share it.

Wait! Great news! I figured it out! :grin: I adjusted some of the weight paint of the leg twist bones and the waist bone and it actually fixed it! It looks so much normal now and not messed up! I’m so proud of myself! :smile:
