Names break when Emoji's such as 😭 are used, name character limit too small

I had my name set to “:sob::gun::policeman: #EmojiLivesMatter” when I was playing Tower Unite and my name was set to “264” (Note: After writing this line I’ve noticed it actually seems to be incrementing when disconnecting/connecting to a server/starting a server as it’s gone up to “272”)

I tried setting it to “Test​:sob::gun:Test” to see what would happen and it cuts off before the Emoji is used.

Also names only display 20 characters when steam names can be 32 characters long

I’ve had this issue with my username for quite a while. I assume that the name character limit has been fixed in Minigolf, but not anywhere else…

Edit: It doesn’t appear to be fixed in Minigolf, either…

I don’t believe Unreal Engine 4 has Emoji Support, and it would be a pain in the ass to implement at the current time.

i think the devs said something about this in the stream but i cant be 100% sure
