My custom model is completely glitched out in the editor

I’m guessing that I’m doing something wrong in the export process from Blender, but I have no idea what. I copied my model into the provided skeleton .blend file and rigged the model to the skeleton. Everything moves correctly when I rotate the bones in there, but once I export it to a .dae and import it into the game I get this mess:

Does anyone know what I am doing wrong?

looks like a fine model to me

I’m just going to redo then entire rigging process, maybe I accidentally moved something.

Nope, I made sure none of the bones were modified this time and it still shows up like this in-game

You should add this to the workshop just for kicks, i mean if no rigging errors are detected.
Also are you sure the right parts are set to the right bones and that they have a reasonable size?

Check out this post:

Thankss! That fixed most of it. There are still a few parts that are glitched out though like the right shoulder is twisted into itself and the left hand has some stretched out vertices.

For the twisted shoulder, make sure you have the vertex groups named properly.

where do i go in blender to make sure i have the vertex groups named properly?

Ok, Thank you Kitts (a user on discord) for finding this solution.

“in order to make the auto weight thing work super easy, remove right upper arm twist!”
